You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English and you offer a listening ear to everyone. You know how best to approach customers and handle every problem effortlessly. In addition, you can set priorities well and switch between different tasks. You also have the following points:
MBO working and thinking level; basic knowledge of ICT; customer service experience; knowledge of Windows; good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
As a telecom desk employee for ASML you have many different tasks. For example, you keep track of the progress of tickets in Servicenow, you create and delete users for fixed telephony, you look up names and numbers for mobile telephony and you provide data that is required for further processing within ASML. Nice and versatile right? In addition, your activities also include:
looking up patch information; management of Sennheiser meeting sets (storage/loan/collection); planon commands create network connections, ASML, TV, etc.; registration of visitors via My ASML; onboard new employees at KPN’s request; keep track of the number of incoming calls; keep track of registration stamps due to leaving service; keeping track of issuing patch cables.
As a customer service employee for ASML you will work at ASML’s head office. This beautiful building houses many different departments, including the Telecom Desk. You will be working in a small team where everyone is still relatively new to the company. This small team ensures that you get to know each other well and can learn a lot from each other.
