Antony's ex-girlfriend reports domestic violence and threats

Antony’s ex-girlfriend filed a report against the Brazilian player on Monday for domestic violence, aggression and threats. There would have been four incidents in the last few months.

The Brazilian branch of ESPN reports that Gabriela Cavallin has reported four separate incidents. It would concern domestic violence, physical injury and threats. Cavallin claims to have had a two-year relationship with the player, both in Amsterdam and Manchester.

Cavallin claims Antony pulled her arm at a nightclub in Brazil and pushed her into a car while she was 17 weeks pregnant. In this year Cavallin would have been attacked by the footballer for ‘reasons of jealousy’ and she suffered a cut on her finger because of a broken piece of glass. The ex-girlfriend’s phone would also have been broken.

According to the ex-girlfriend, the Brazilian would also have shouted threatening texts and she is concerned about the fact that Antony has a firearm at his disposal. Antony is said to have it in his possession because of his financial situation and “because he still has many friends in his old community in Brazil”. Antony and his management have not yet commented on the accusation, according to ESPN.
