It is a somewhat sad subject during this period when the leaves are falling from the trees. The days are getting darker and the moods more somber. Especially in this autumnal period, singer Anouk comes up with a dejected reflection. If she later becomes so demented that she can no longer care for herself, she would prefer to commit euthanasia. The singer says this in an interview with Matthijs van Nieuwkerk, in connection with her new album. Everything has already been arranged before her death: “I am even a member of a euthanasia club.”
Anouk attended a masterclass, among other things, to find out what needs to be arranged before her death. “I just had to arrange this in time. It’s just a fact that this is going to happen at some point, so I’ve already put everything in writing and drawn up a contract. I’ve closed everything down so much that no one has to make a decision about me anymore. When the time comes, I don’t want anyone to get into an argument.”
