What are you going to do?

In your role as an all-round functional application manager in the Social Domain, you are the link between people and the applications we use (Suite4SD and related modules such as PKO, S4SR).

It concerns a versatile position where you are one moment busy setting up work processes, the next moment you are involved in implementations / projects of new modules and in the meantime you deal with the questions of the user organization. A customer-oriented, service-oriented institution

Your work

As a functional application manager, you and your colleagues are responsible for the functional management of all packages in the social domain. You act as an intermediary between users and suppliers, you take care of technical security and authorizations and you design, provide and monitor the links between the systems and applications. You advise on adjustments and extensions of applications and application chains, and you provide technical solutions together with your other colleagues from I&A. You are responsible for user support (you take care of installations and implementations, write and maintain procedures and

instructions and provides support for complex problems to various users in the organizations). In addition, you translate user wishes into new solutions. You keep an eye on developments in your field so that you are able to translate these developments into the wishes and needs of users and into design and application in the application. You participate in projects.

Maintaining and developing management documentation is also one of them

your many tasks. A customer-oriented, service-oriented attitude is therefore a must!

Your profile

For this challenging job we are looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a functional manager
  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Knowledge and experience with Suite4SD is an advantage;
  • A ‘doing’ mindset;
  • Solution-oriented, innovative, analytically strong and stress-resistant;
  • You are enthusiastic, a go-getter and result-oriented and you switch easily with various users in the organizations;

Our offer

Duo+ offers you a challenging job where independence and customer focus are valued. The position has been tentatively valued at scale level 9 (minimum €3,167 and maximum €4,537 gross per month at 36 hours per week). In addition, Duo+ offers you a modern package of fringe benefits whereby you can use 17.05% of your salary as Individual Choice Budget (IKB). The position is temporary for the duration of one year with the intention of permanent employment.

Since 1 January 2016, Duo+ has been the implementing organization of and for the municipalities of Ouder-Amstel, Diemen and Uithoorn. We work in 3 departments (12 teams in total) on individual and collective services, as well as on good and efficient business operations for our customers. Most of the approximately 300 Duo+ employees used to work for one of the municipalities. The mix of people guarantees an inspiring, versatile and dynamic organization.

About Team I&A

The Informatisering en Automatisering (I&A) team has approximately 40 employees divided over the ICT Services & Support, Digital Working, Geo & Data Management and Projects clusters, as well as several staff functions. Together they provide the entire information provision for the partnership, such as system and network management, workplace management and support, functional management, first and second line support, data management, information security, etc. They also provide advice and (project) support with regard to. ICT to the various substantive domains.
