Consumers who sometimes shop on AliExpress will now receive their ordered products within 5 days if they choose AliExpress Choice. This service guarantees delivery within 5 working days for items from China ordered via AliExpress Choice and marked with a ‘5-day delivery’ label. In addition, these orders are shipped free of charge.
AliExpress Choice focuses on a good shopping experience under the motto “Better Choice, Better Price”. Consumers can search for products with the Choice label in the AliExpress app and on the AliExpress website. These products are offered at a lower price and are shipped free of charge if the order is over 10 euros. AliExpress can offer free shipping because Choice products are transported by Cainiao, a global leader in e-commerce logistics.
11.11 Global Shopping Festival
This new update comes just in time for the world’s largest online shopping festival 11.11 (which we also know here as Singles Day). Consumers will enjoy discounts and extra offers on November 11. This year during the Global Shopping Festival, millions of products will be offered with discounts of up to 50%. Last year, Singles Day generated an estimated turnover of around $157 billion.
This edition of the 11.11 Global Shopping Festival will be the most exciting yet. Customers will benefit from many new user upgrades, including faster delivery and of course great deals and discounts.
AliExpress’s (and Alibaba’s) shopping festival begins on November 8 at 9:00 AM with a “warm-up” period lasting until 8:59:59 AM on November 11. During this three-day period, consumers can view discounts and add products to their cart to make the most of the Shopping Festival.
It is also possible to participate in daily draws in the app to receive various products. The sale of the selected products starts at 09:00:00 on November 11th and closes at exactly 08:59:59 on November 18th.
Platform-wide discounts
The higher discounts are particularly noticeable during this year’s 11.11 shopping festival. Shoppers save €4 for every €20 they spend in stores, up to a maximum of €16 off per order. In addition, AliExpress offers some of its best deals and most popular products on the ‘Super Deal’ channel, with more than 10,000 products with 20 to 50% discounts.
