€2550 gross per month

Full-time (40 hours) + standby duty

Indirectly assist in saving human lives

You think in solutions, not in problems. The Service Desk must be reminded of your question about the configuration file. You should check with the Warehouse whether the order will be ready on time. The coater must receive a purchase order and transport must be arranged. It is a selection of many things that pass your desk. You find out what you don’t know and provide colleagues and customers with the most appropriate answer. You never stand still in this dynamic function. You are a quick switch and you know what is going on within the department(s). You have an eye for improvements, identify stagnations and resolve them.

Minimum MBO working and thinking level. 2-3 years of experience is an advantage, but we also encourage you to apply without experience. Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing; Basic knowledge of AFAS is a plus.

You first scan the mailboxes briefly. Since the company sells products all over the world, you will receive questions at any time of the day. Last night questions came in that need to be answered. You set the priorities in the blink of an eye. You start your work with questions about the upcoming transport. You enter the incoming orders and check with the warehouse whether everything is going well. A colleague calls if you can quickly make a quote. You can cycle it between other activities, no problem! Do you still have to do some shopping? And what about the repair of that customer’s device? Sometimes you are lived through the day, but because you have set the right priorities, you keep the overview perfectly!

Contacts with suppliers; Are a sparring partner for the Account Managers to offer the perfect configuration. Have a grip on the order process and know what matters you need to arrange to achieve this; Closely collaborates with the Quality, Warehouse&Assembly, Projects and Service Desk departments; Keeping the customer and article database up to date; registers warranty and maintenance work; Ensures that all administration related to purchase and sales orders is documented and registered in the right place.

Customers worldwide work with this hardware and software. The company specializes in research and development of both innovative hardware and advanced medical applications for hospitals, research institutions and industry. The company quickly sees what its customers need and can respond quickly and professionally by developing and producing its own products. You have colleagues all over the world, but you will work at the office in Oss. Salary of €2550 gross per month. depending on your age, knowledge and skills. Full-time job of 40 hours a week. 28 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days. 13th month.
