You have HBO working and thinking level and preferably already gained experience in a similar position; You have a flexible, service-oriented and accurate attitude; You have a keen eye for automating and improving processes; You have good social and communication skills, you master the Dutch language in word and writing; You have a good to high degree of task maturity; You are a team player and naturally helpful; You also know how to keep control under pressure; You like to be challenged to solve more complex problems.

As an administrative employee, you are the link between licensing authorities and applicant parties. You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of notifications and permit applications from utilities and telecom companies. At the moment, the team in which you work is still processing some of the requests manually. One of the challenging assignments for the new employee is making a significant contribution to the further automation and improvement of the various processes.

You check the data of the submitted notifications and permit applications. You ensure correct manual processing of the requests in different systems. You identify and act preventively in order to prevent as many failures as possible in the requests (think of monitoring, etc.). You keep control of incoming issues from users. You make recommendations for improvements in the processes. You monitor the automated processes and process the failure. You periodically participate in the user consultation. From this consultation you retrieve user experiences and proposed improvements and then share them with your colleagues.
