From your desk, you as a service desk employee will work with medical hardware and software. This way you help hospital professionals by helping them with issues. You can make the difference for your customer. You do this with your empathy, stress resistance and problem-solving ability. Full-time (40 hours) in day shift

Indirectly assist in saving human lives

You are the one who is constantly troubleshooting. You have contact with functional managers and application specialists of the hospital itself. You are empathetic, problem-solving and communicative. You are the person who can say to the customers: I understand the problem. I don’t know much about this but my colleague does. I’ll look into it for you and come back in half an hour with an answer. Clear, reassuring and calm that is your communication style.

knowledge of and/or affinity with ICT. Computer problems? Your friends always come to you; MBO working and thinking level with comparable work experience as a front office desk, call center or ICT employee; you can easily help customers in both English and Dutch.

With a smile on your face you view the first messages that flow through the system. Your direct colleague is already working to create order and forwards the second-line messages to you. These can be service requests, feature requests or incidents. You set priorities and see an incident in which a customer from a hospital reports that they have a black screen. This means that they cannot read results for the patient. You get to work! You call the customer, listen to the problem, reassure them, log in and investigate. You can help with many problems, but unfortunately this is a product malfunction that you cannot solve immediately, which is why you contact colleagues from the relevant department. Now with more knowledge you know what to do. On to the next challenge!

you join meetings about new projects that can be transferred to support. You think along and ensure a good transfer; performing software updates; participation in training courses on new products and applications or you take a look behind the scenes (hospital) to see the productions in action! Availability for on-call services 24/7 with a payment of €150 + the surcharge for the actual length of time worked.

Salary from €2,500 to €3,700 depending on your age, knowledge and skills. Full time job.
