Zoetermeer – A 14-year-old boy was robbed of his phone in Westerpark by five boys on Monday evening, February 20, around 7 p.m. The boys threatened the victim with a knife during the robbery. Police are investigating the case and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Around 7 p.m., the victim walked to the entrance of the Westerpark on the side of Meerzicht. Five boys in ski hats and gloves approached him, after which the group took him a little way into a more remote part of the park. Two boys threatened the victim with a knife here. He was forced to hand over his phone.
